During the training various meditation techniques are learned. What has been experienced during meditation is extensively examined and discussed. As a result, the students learn from themselves and from each other.
Participants will build in more and more moments of attention during their daily lives, making Mindfulness part of the daily functioning and thereby working on all areas of their life.
