In September, a new 8-week mindfulness training will begin. Bring more balance in your life by being attentive, here and now.
Themes that will be addressed are:
- Letting go
- Non striving
- Non judgement
- Starting again
By applying meditative exercises in our daily lives, we learn to deal better with our thoughts. We become aware of automatic response patterns and learn to focus our attention on life as it comes to us. We become aware that there may be another way of responding to situations and feelings.
In this research process, we create more freedom, more peace and happiness for ourselves and for others.
The course is given on Monday evening at Brugstraat in Ouderkerk a / d Amstel (Saar Massage).
The dates are september 10, 17, 24, october 1, 8, 15 and 29 and november 5 always from 19:30. There will be no training in the week of october 22nd due to holidays.
