Whenever a sufficient amount of people subscribe a new 8-week mindfulness training will begin. It will be held on monday evenings.

Themes that will be addressed are:
- Letting go
- Non striving
- Non judgement
- Starting again
By applying meditative exercises in our daily lives, we learn to deal better with our thoughts. We become aware of automatic response patterns and learn to focus our attention on life as it comes to us. We become aware that there may be another way of responding to situations and feelings.
In this research process, we create more freedom, more peace and happiness for ourselves and for others.
The course is given at Brugstraat in Ouderkerk a / d Amstel (Saar Massage).
The dates are set as soon as there’s enough people attending the course. We will plan around school holidays.
