In May, a new 8-week mindfulness training will begin. Bring more balance in your life by being attentive, here and now.
Themes to be addressed are:

- Always start again
By applying meditative exercises in our daily lives, we learn better with our thoughts. We become aware of automatic response patterns and learn to focus our attention on life as it does to us. We notice that there may be another way of responding to situations and feelings.
In this research process, we create more freedom, more peace and happiness for ourselves and for others.
The course is given on Monday evening at Brugstraat 5, 1191 AV Ouderkerk a / d Amstel (Saar Massage).
The dates are 8, 15, 22 and 29 may, 12, 19 and 26 June and 3 July always from 19:30.
