Running and Mindfulness

Now it is also possible to combine mindfulness with running. In a progressive program, you will learn to run for 30 to 60 minutes. We do this by intensive guidance from a personal coach. Unlike other programs, we do not do this based on willpower. From the first meters we will focus on the positive experience of exercising. We will increase strength and endurance and thereby happiness.

This program is highly recommended if you want to lose weight or want to start with doing sports. Good results are also seen in people with depressive complaints.
